Michael is an Accounting Major at Towson University. Although he did not know Claire personally, they had many mutual friends growing up in Maryland.
“Before Claire’s death I did not know that there was such a cancer as adolescent melanoma. I thought, if I did not know about it then there must be a lot more people like me between the ages of 15 and 29 and they need to be informed. Education and awareness is the best way. Who better to do that than young men and women of that age group?”
