The Claire Marie Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to fighting against adolescent and young adult melanoma through awareness, education and prevention. Every action we take is designed to help save lives, whether it’s through our free skin screenings or our one-of-a-kind Collegiate Ambassador program. Your generous tax deductible donation can make all the difference in keeping our programs going and saving young lives.
The Claire Marie Foundation provides clarity and hope in the fight against adolescent and young adult melanoma through awareness, education and prevention.
“Breathe deeply. Keep moving forward. You will feel the sunshine again.” Claire shared her vision with all of us as she battled adolescent melanoma. We believe that the Claire Marie Foundation will be the leading voice for awareness of all causes of melanoma in young people. We will strive for prevention by connecting adolescents, young adults, parents and the general public with those in the medical community by creating a new narrative that will lead to solid action to reduce the number of adolescents and young adults diagnosed with melanoma.
The Claire Marie Foundation strives to raise awareness, clarity and hope in the fight against adolescent melanoma while celebrating the joy, color and beauty of the world as Claire did every day.
Melanoma is at epic proportions – increasing 250% in the last 40 years.

The Claire Marie Foundation Scholarship in Arts & Design
Claire loved all-things fashion, beauty and design. Her dream was to become an interior designer. That creative dream lives on through the Claire Marie Foundation Scholarship for Arts and Design. The one-time $5,000 scholarship is awarded annually to a graduating senior at Notre Dame Preparatory in Towson, Maryland who will pursue an academic and professional career in design arts. Recipients are chosen by our panel of esteemed judges. It’s our hope that, through this scholarship, more young women from Claire’s alma mater will be encouraged and empowered to pursue their artistic passion.
